The Sustainability Review is managed by a consortium of independent business consultants specializing in sustainable development: Dorothy Harris, Dr. Tim Reed and Niall Marriott . The consortium is coordinated through Niall Marriott Associates Limited.

Dorothy Harris

Dorothy Harris, MSc., has 16 years experience in the mining industry with Rio Tinto, including corporate and operational issues management. To develop the company's biodiversity strategy, she set-up a global partnership program with Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, Earth watch, Fauna & Flora International, BirdLife International and UNEP-WCMC. Dorothy has also managed a cross-sector partnership through The Eden Project to create a Global Network for Post-Mining Regeneration.

Dr. Tim Reed , D.Phil., is an ornithologist and biodiversity policy specialist, providing consultancy on biodiversity policy in a range of policy settings from national to global and in a number of resource-management sectors including heritage and landscape management, oil and gas, mining, and agriculture. Clients include Scottish National Heritage and Fauna & Flora International.

Niall Marriott

Niall Marriott, B.Sc. M.A., is a zoologist by training and and institutional specialist and has consulted widely on social and environmental management issues in a range of sectors including oil and gas, mining and agriculture. Clients include Fauna & Flora International, UNEP-World Conservation Monitoring Centre, Rio Tinto, and the World Bank. Niall is accredited as partnership broker by the Partnership Brokers Accreditation Scheme
